The fat loss programme is a unique way to ensure you get great results through a combination of diet and exercise. Most diet programmes fail to get the results people want because they do not take into account a healthy exercise regime.

Based at the Rising Crane Centre, the programme will run in small groups supported by 1:1 sessions and a personalised fitness and nutrition plan. The first 1:1 session will include a body fat analysis and health & fitness assessment, which will generate your personalised fitness and nutrition plan. The 1:1 sessions can be held at your home or at the Rising Crane Centre Gym.

All of this for £275 per person (the person who looses the most body fat will get a £100 incentive prize at the end of the course).
